Reflexion

REFLEXION is a plea for understanding and empathy. It is a plea for more listening, and more compassion. I am asking viewers to not only to reflect on the situation but also to take a look in the mirror and ask yourself where you stand and how you can help.

I stand against hate. I stand against racism. And I’m asking you to watch and take a stand as well. Over the last year I’ve worked with some of the most talented artists and creators I know to bring this project to life. And I could not be more proud of its imperative message and the beautiful visuals. I’m asking you to please take a moment to watch and listen. People of color are hurting so please take moment to recognize the crucial need for more kindness, more allies, and more love in the world.

Made possible by a grant from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, I brought together 5 incredible artists and asked them to share their voice through their craft. We came together to share 5 different perspectives on the subject, and project their hopes towards a better way to be.
